Boxing Fitness is one of the fastest ways to boost your confidence, increase weight loss, drop inches, and fit into your jeans again! The workouts are short, effective, and designed to burn over 500 calories per class. This full body training system will increase lean tissue and help boost your metabolism. This approach allows us to get the maximum results in the shortest time possible. It is not unheard of for members to drop between 12-15lbs in a month!
Anyone who is in good general health can take and benefit from these classes. You simply go at a pace that fits your fitness levels. As your level of fitness increases you will find yourself being able to push harder in the classes, do more reps, and take less breaks as you are losing weight!
Fully body circuit training works the largest muscle groups, along with core work, to give you the best results in the shortest time possible.
The exercises and workout plans are easy to follow along so you will know what to do. Additionally, the program is challenging enough to attain positive results. Classes have both male and females participating in a wide range of ages.
If you are looking to get results, improve your current fitness routine, or simply start one, then these classes are for you! Classes are held 6 days a week, 30-minutes to 1-hour and with your monthly membership you can attend as many as you'd like.
Group & Personal Training
In class you rotate through a series of stations or workouts that target one group of muscles and when the times up, switch to the next one. The group environment of the class is great for motivation and serves as a challenge to push yourself with less rest! You can't afford not to get results with workouts designed by a 3x Champion Mixed Martial Artist!
